EveHM makes billing software that hosting providers run themselves, wherever they are and however their customers pay.
Most hosting providers have the same first week. You pick the billing platform everyone else uses, pay the licence, and then find that the payment methods your customers actually use and the domains they actually buy are somebody's third-party module. So you go shopping for plugins and end up maintaining a stack of other people's code.
The workarounds hold until they do not. A module falls behind a release, a registry command starts failing for a reason nobody documents, and the reconciliation spreadsheet quietly becomes load-bearing. By then you have hundreds of customers and migrating is a project nobody has time for.
Eve Host Manager is the platform we wanted to buy. The billing engine, the payment rails and the domain lifecycle are the parts a hosting business cannot tolerate being merely adequate, so that is where the depth is. It runs on your own server, and it starts free.

Four commitments
You own the install
The software runs on your server against your database. We hold no copy of your client list, and no outage of ours stops you invoicing.
Local rails are not an add-on
Hosting is sold worldwide and paid for locally. The payment methods your market actually uses belong in the platform, not in a plugin someone else maintains.
We say what is not shipped
Every page names the gaps. A customer who migrates on an implied promise leaves within a quarter, and tells everyone why.
Free has to be usable
Twenty-five clients with the full engine, not a countdown. A host with three customers should not have to choose between a spreadsheet and a licence fee.

Eve Host Manager
The billing and automation platform you deploy and run. Orders, invoices, payments, provisioning, domains, support and reporting. It never sends us your data.
The licensing service
Where licences are bought and governed. It issues a signed token your install verifies locally, so a licence check never depends on our uptime.
That split is why self-hosting works here. Issuance stays with us, enforcement runs locally, and the only thing crossing the boundary is licence state and aggregate usage counts.
