Pricing, answered
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. No licence cost up to 25 clients and one staff account, and it does not expire. You pay for your own server and your own payment processing, because those are yours rather than ours.
What happens when I pass my client limit?
The limit applies to new clients rather than locking the install. Your existing clients keep billing normally while you upgrade.
Which currencies can I pay in?
Licences are bought from the EveHM portal by card or local payment methods, priced in US dollars or Kenyan shillings. Your own clients can be billed in whatever currencies you sell in.
How does annual billing work out cheaper?
The annual price is ten times the monthly price, so two months are free. Annual licences run for 365 days.
Is there a trial of the paid plans?
Yes, a 14-day Pro trial with no card, one per account. You can upgrade from it at any point without redeploying.
Do you charge per module or per gateway?
No. Every shipped capability is included. Plans differ only on client and staff limits and on four flags: API access, custom portal domain, white label and the reseller programme.
